"Cerato relates to the Soul's potential for inner certainty, trust in the inner voice, and intuition. In a negative Cerato state a person has great difficulty accepting his own perceptions and acting on them. When a decision has to be made the answer comes intuitively, but the head, the rational mind, doesn't accept this intuitive re-sponse. Instead, it rapidly employs various routine arguments and adopted patterns to push aside the intuitive solution.
