Rock Water
For folks who punish themselves, often unknowingly. Very hard on themselves, wishing to set a good example to others, therefore becoming very rigid. They often deny themselves the smallest luxury, or even necessity, making martyrs of themselves. Sometimes very rigid in diet, attitudes or lifestyle. "Sackcloth & ashes" type.
